Shinkicker exclusively play the music of the Irish Blues Rock Legend - Rory Gallagher.
The band has enjoyed performing their Rory Gallagher Special Show at various venues and festivals throughout the country for several years now.
Our show aims to highlight the great variety of Rory's music, both electric & acoustic. We put more store in re-creating the feel & power of Rory's live performance than the exact reproduction of the musical parts of his album recordings, after all, he refused to be bound by them!

Deerstock Festival 2018
We are honoured to have been invited to play at Deerstock 2018. Exact schedule is not yet fixed.
Deerstock is a charity- based boutique music festival. The aim of the event is primarily to raise funds for good causes but also to give families a chance to experience a ‘proper’ music festival in a field with camping and the chance to meet other families and festival goers in a small safe environment.
There will be over 60 bands on three stages featuring a variety of quality music, real ale, various food outlets and free camping.

Our annual & increasingly successful jaunt to the South coast is expanded this Autumn to include The May Garland Inn. We are looking forward to that one!
